Every year we come up with our traditional limit Špek and Horseradish and every year we experiment a little with it. This year we said to ourselves - what if we throw in another Hungarian sausage? And it's great! ‍

In our Garage, zero waste is not just a marketing slogan (we don't use it much in marketing either), but it makes us really happy when we can still make something great out of something that would end up as waste.
