We are Garage22, Prague's first craft distillery. Behind the project are Martin and Ondra - two friends who were united by the desire to create something honest, authentic and their own. We started with tonic syrup, ended with gin -- and since then we've been looking for new flavor combinations that make sense, have character and aren't afraid to experiment with them.
We are located in an industrial area in the heart of Holešovice, where everything is created under one roof, from the first idea to the last drop in the bottle. Come and see how craft smells when done with enthusiasm and without compromise.

Our distillery is housed in the original factory workshops, which still bear their raw industrial character. Frame walls, metal, concrete and the light scent of juniper in the air.
We have largely preserved the place as it was, we just gave it a new meaning. We are part of a lively area in the heart of Holešovice, where people go for coffee, shopping and just sit.

How do we make gin?
Each batch is created with a personal approach. From selecting botanicals to slow distillation to hand bottling, we do everything with an emphasis on quality, originality and honesty.
We combine traditional craftsmanship with modern creativity and behind every drop is our distillation machine Arnold Holstein, precise German technology used by the best distillers in the world. Quality technology allows us to precisely control temperatures and distillation time, thanks to which we capture even the most delicate notes.

Botanicals
We take the choice of botanicals personally. We combine the classics - juniper, coriander and angelica with our own ingredients that give our gins a unique character. Each combination arises from the desire to create something new that has the soul and strength to appeal even to the experienced connoisseur.
Our gins combine classic juniper character with experimentation. And we take a similar approach with other products. In addition to citrus and herbs, we also reach for non-traditional ingredients - coffee, exotic fruits or flowers.
