Kiwi gin

Garage22 Kiwi & Celery is a spring limited edition that was created the way the best things are made: through long experimentation and a reluctance to give up.

We took pounds of fresh kiwi and armfuls of petiolate celery and closed them in the cauldron. Kiwi does what it does best there: juicy fruitiness, freshness and that characteristic audacity that wakes you up from winter slumber. Celery is its calmer counterpart -- bringing an earthy, herbaceous and light saltiness that will ground the whole profile and prolong the flavour where another gin would have left off long ago.

The result is a gin that is readable and fresh, but not simple. With ice, he will show everything he has. At G&T, his natural greenness stands out even more.
