SIN GIN was created in collaboration with Jan Horák, head chef of the Prague restaurant Reason. Together, we crafted a gin that bridges the high-end culinary approach to ingredients with the craft of distilling. Only 250 bottles were produced.
Elderflower takes center stage, complemented by linden blossom as a nod to the Czech landscape and our national tree. Juniper, coriander, and angelica form a classic gin base that allows the distinct floral aromatics to shine.
To achieve the desired intensity, we macerated the finished gin with elderflowers. This process gave it a more pronounced aroma, a natural color, and a slight haze. No added flavorings—just the result of working with real ingredients.
The name SIN GIN and the label design play on themes of sin and temptation. It is a gin so alluring that it would be a sin not to taste it.
Key botanicals: Juniper, angelica, coriander, linden, and elderflower.
