Garage22 Borovička is a tribute the only raw material — junipers. We do not use spices or herbs, only perfectly ripened berries, which give the distillate intensity, purity and distinctive character. The aroma resembles a mountain forest after rain: pine needles, resin, cool dryness.
In taste, it is full, dry and beautifully straightforward. It's not sweet or slick -- it's authentic. It works great as a digestif, but it won't get lost in cocktails either, where its natural juniper profile stands out beautifully. An honest distillate that hides nothing and adds nothing.
