The foundation of this gin is our precise craft distillate, in which we macerated and co-distilled honest, tangy pickles. The result is a surprisingly balanced, refreshing, and incredibly drinkable gin with a subtle salty-sour undertone that will win you over instantly.
This is a strictly limited edition created exclusively as a thank you to our most loyal newsletter gin lovers. You can only purchase it in a hidden section of our website by entering a secret password, and only a few bottles are available. It tastes great on its own over ice, as a unique base for an unconventional Gin & Tonic garnished with a sprig of dill, or in a bold "Czech-style" Dirty Martini (with a splash of pickle brine).
