Trivia is an honest, distilled verte absinthe with an authentic taste. Its recipe is inspired by the earliest variants of Swiss absinthe dating its origin back to the 18th century. As the name suggests, the basis of this absinthe is the so-called holy trinity, which consists of anise, Florentine fennel and true wormwood. With its style, it refers to the original tradition, according to which a less sweet absinthe was always produced, which stood out both for its freshness and for the balanced and complex taste of the herbs.
You can best enjoy it in combination with ice-cooled water in a ratio of 1:3, or in a cocktail such as Absinthe Frappé, Sazerac or Death in the Afternoon.
