Sauce from gin leftovers? We can do it!
It is mainly the leftovers from distillation, the goodies that we use to flavor our gins. Habanero peppers, truffles, fennel, dill - it would all end up in waste. And I would be really sorry, because they are still things full of flavors and aromas, a pity not to use!
So we came up with a solution. We pass those ingredients on to the friends who make them sauces, and not just any sauces, a top gastro experience in a bottle that will flavor your every meal.
What awaits you?
The Habanero - Spicy version with peppers for those who want to add a little zest to their food. Fits pretty much everything.
Truffle - Luxurious, interesting taste. This sauce will complement the palette on your table in a completely different way than classic ketchup or mustard.
Fennel and dill - A sauce inspired by the kind of Ikea mustard they put with salmon. I love!
All three in one set in a classic garage package. The perfect gift for foodies, or just for anyone who likes good food and zero waste philosophy.
Buy sauces you can here, so hurry up and bon appetit, try it and let me know which flavor is your favorite.
If you have any questions, ideas for other zero waste tricks, or just want to write me something (I take compliments as well as constructive criticism), my mail is ondra@garage22.cz. Get in touch, I'll be glad.
Gin on it!
