Negroni

The Negroni is one of the most iconic cocktails ever. Its emergence is traditionally associated with Italy and the early 20th century, when Count Camillo Negroni was to ask to reinforce his favorite Americana with gin instead of soda. Whether the legend is accurate or not, the combination of gin, bitter aperitif and sweet vermouth has become immortal.

Our Negroni respects both classic proportion and character. We serve it on a large cube of ice, which slows down the dilution and allows the gradual development of flavors.
